Morello in Kingston sleeps 6 people. Morello is a holiday cottage in Kingston - a delightful unspoilt village just a mile inland from Wonwell beach on the wonderful South Devon coast. This peaceful spot is a perfect holiday base for exploring the coastal paths, local beaches, Dartmoor and the South Hams, and Morello is a wonderful bolthole if you want to just switch off and relax. Warm, cosy and full of character, a very pretty interior and cottage courtyard garden, the property is located on a little lane that winds through the heart of the village. With ground floor accommodation, a wrought iron spiral staircase lead to a second spacious bedroom in the eaves so this deceptive cottage accommodates up to six with its fabulous kitchen diner being a warm and congenial hub of the home, a great space for getting together. With great walks right from the doorstep and the village pub a stone's throw away, you won't be disappointed with this gem of a cottage, it really is a treat to visit at any time of year.

Ground Floor: Large kitchen dining room with well equipped kitchen, gas range, fridge, separate freezer, dishwasher, microwave, double butler sink. Beautiful bespoke farmhouse dining table to seat six and leather sofa with chaise. Step down to charming sitting room with comfortable sofas, wood burner, flat screen TV and DVD, french doors to garden. (Please note: dogs must not be allowed in the sitting room.) Steps from the kitchen lead down to the utility room with washing machine. Through utility to ground floor bathroom with bath and shower over, basin, radiator and WC. Bedroom 1: Double bedroom with 4ft 6 inch double bed, built in wardrobes and chest of drawers. Wrought iron open tread spiral staircase leads to first floor and Bedroom 2: Furnished with 4ft 6 inch double bed and a 3ft day bed with 3ft single truckle underneath, providing twin beds (or can be pushed together to form a double).(NB low beams in attic bedroom)

Outside: Gated gravel courtyard and paved patio area, with garden furniture.
