The Hay Barn in Oxburgh was converted by the architect and owner to his own design and specification and has been recognised for its architectural merit by Breckland Council. The Hay Barn in Oxburgh enjoys a secluded setting and is situated at the far end of a private driveway shared by four residential properties. Oxburgh Hall, owned by the National Trust is opposite as is adjoining farmland. The very attractive Bedingfield Arms is within easy walking distance. The house has lovely vaulted ceilings, a wealth of exposed timbers and attractive brickwork. A modern property with character and excellent facilities, it enjoys large gardens and a large south-facing walled courtyard. The nearest shop is 3 miles, with the pub being ¼ mile from The Hay Barn.

Sitting Room with comfortable seating, large flat screen Smart TV, Freesat, woodburner and French doors to the walled courtyard
Inner Hallway with comfortable seating, and expanse of windows and French doors to the walled courtyard, leading onto the
Dining Hall with table and chairs seating up to 10 people

Bedroom 3 with zip and link twin beds - these can be made into a double bed, please request on booking and en suite shower room with shower cubicle, washbasin and WC
