Lavender House in Heacham, Norfolk sleeps 8 people in 4 bedrooms. Lavender House in Heacham is a detached house set in a quiet residential street in the heart of Heacham; Lavender House has been completely refurbished, and is very handy for local amenities and some stunning nearby beaches. This is a great holiday house; perfect for both families and friends to enjoy.
Lavender House is light and bright and furnished in a fresh, contemporary style. The spacious downstairs living areas all have engineered wooden flooring, except for the kitchen and bathroom which have tiled floors with underfloor heating. There is a lovely sitting room with lots of comfy seating and a log burner to light on cooler evenings, an adjoining sun room/fourth bedroom with doors leading out to the patio and garden, and a fabulous, well-equipped modern kitchen with dining area that overlooks the fully enclosed, landscaped south facing garden and has french doors opening onto the patio. Upstairs there are three bedrooms - a double, twin and bunk room - and shower room. All bedrooms have wall mounted TVs, there is a Bose Radio/CD player to enjoy as well as books and DVDs. Two medium size dogs are welcome.
Heacham is a great base from which to explore both rural and coastal North West Norfolk. If you are looking for family fun things to do, some historical houses and nature reserves to visit, want to experience some of the wonderful bird life that visits these shores in both winter and summer months, fancy a walk along the Peddars Way or North Norfolk Coastal Path or maybe would just like to spend a day on the beach with your picnic, you need look no further!

Sitting Room
A lovely light room with two windows with roman blinds to the front, oak flooring and ornate brick fireplace with herringbone hearth and cosy log burner. Corner sofa seating for five people, two seater sofa and armchair, side tables with lamps and TV.
Sun Room/Bedroom A versatile room which can be used as additional TV room/reception space, alternatively as a fourth bedroom with an excellent quality double sofa bed from Willow & Hall with memory foam mattress, suitable for two adults. Wall mounted TV, bedside tables, lamps and a slim-line wardrobe. French doors lead out into to the south facing rear garden.
Kitchen/Dining Room
A fabulous space with double aspect windows and french doors leading out into the south facing garden. A comprehensive and well-equipped kitchen with integrated appliances including larder fridge with three drawer freezer, slim-line dishwasher and washing machine. There is a ceramic sink with mixer tap and drainer, open to the dining area. A shabby chic table with eight chairs sits nicely in this lovely open space with Bose radio/CD player. A cupboard houses the iron, ironing board.
Bathroom
Bath with side mixer tap, rain shower over and glazed screen, WC, pedestal washbasin with illuminated mirror over and shaver point. Tiled floor and windows.
First floor

Double bed with bespoke headboard incorporating bedside tables with lamps and chest of drawers, wall mounted TV. Windows to the front with roman blinds.
Twin Bedroom
Full-size single beds, bedside tables with lamps, wall mounted TV and wardrobe. Window to the rear with roman blind.
