Inside, the ground floor hosts a well-equipped kitchen where the chef of the group can show off their skills before moving through to the dining room; this characterful room is complete with colourful, mismatched yet perfectly at home chairs.
Also on the ground floor, you can find an inviting sitting room, complete with a Smart TV and woodburning stove to cosy up in front of.
Allow the children to entertain; the ground-floor snug is home to a wealth of creative materials, including puppets, so the younger members and any budding actors in the family can steal the show.

For a fantastic selection of shops, restaurants and bars, you can venture into the city of Truro, known for its magnificent cathedral and for its role as Cornwall's sole city.
Finally, further afield you will find the iconic Eden Project, a superb day out at any age.
