As soon as you enter Mor-Gwyns you will want to explore to find the spacious living room with sea views to the large family kitchen and garden room or to decide who gets which bedroom. From the main hall takes you through to the living room with large windows providing the view to the sea. There is plenty of seating a TV and DVD player. The well equipped kitchen is next providing space for the family breakfast or dining if required. A variety of appliances electric oven and fridge/freezer complete the room. Set to the side of the kitchen is a useful utility area with a washer/dryer and ideal for hanging coats, wetsuits and storage plus there is a separate toilet. Also from the kitchen is a superb garden sitting room set with a sofa and armchairs, TV and Blu-ray player. This room is ideal for evening family fun with games books or films. Staying on the ground floor there are three spacious bedrooms starting with a king-size room, the second as a twin room and the third as a single room. There is also a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. A steep narrow staircase rises to the first floor which provides a twin and single bedrooms along with a shower room ideal for either teenagers or younger adults. The property has plenty of garden space ideal for relaxing or a family barbecue.

Found within the Roseland Peninsula not too far from the popular St Mawes and Falmouth, Portscatho is a typically quaint Cornish village. With a gentle hill sloping down towards the sea Portscatho is famous for its incredible views reaping the benefits of this beautiful stretch of coast. Porthcurnic beach, Carne beach (Gerrans Bay) and Portloe beach are all but on Portscatho’s doorstep and there is great access to the South West Coast Path for any hiking enthusiasts, dog walkers and those looking to just leisurely amble along and enjoy the surrounds. Just a short drive away and guests to the area will find lots of cool and quirky places to eat and nearby Truro offers loads of restaurants, shops and boutiques for those searching for a bit of city flair.
