CWC571498 [Kessenyans Studio]) for a further two people. The owner has utilised and recycled materials into the design to provide a light and spacious environment which is full of character. Clever use of lighting and stained glass adds charm to the property. The large open plan space is ideal for families and friends to get together. The well-equipped kitchen is more than ample to cook for six so it ideal for extended families to eat and cook together, but it allows one couple to sneak back to the studio for some peace and quiet. If you don’t want to cook the town has plenty of options for food, pubs, cafés, and restaurants.
The large lawned garden is ideal for children to run and play whilst the adults lie back and relax on the decked area, admiring the garden and odd humorous touches. Free range chickens next to the garden will provide guests with fresh eggs, but you must find them first!
Goonhavern is a small village on the north coast of Cornwall. It is ideal for walking and cycling and you will find the routes on OS maps.
Perranporth is the nearest town which is a 10-minute drive, famous for its beautiful golden sandy beaches, sand dunes and water sports patrolled by lifeguards during the main season.

Newquay is just over 6 miles away, famous for Surf competitions. It also has some beautiful coastal walks and a variety of shops to pop into. St Agnes is just over 6 miles in the opposite direction, a picturesque town with its own beach and well worth a visit. Explore the coastal paths and the nearby beaches of Trevaunance Cove, Trevellas Porth and Chapel Porth.
Truro, which is the capital city of Cornwall, is just over 7 miles away near the River Fal. Historic buildings date back to pre-18th century. Georgian, Regency and Victorian are dotted around. cobbled streets and small Opes lead to independent shops, cafes and bars. The large indoor market is a treasure trove and a great place to buy local produce. If you fancy watching a show there is always a great choice at the Hall for Cornwall. In the evening after a busy day, chill in the garden and watch the fantastic skies and plan your next day’s adventure.
