West Wing is a beautiful, freshly presented family holiday home situated in an exclusive central village location on the private Yarmer estate, just yards from the sandy beaches of Thurlestone. With breathtaking sea views from most of the rooms and the South West Coastal Path running past, this comfortable, stylish and well equipped property is perfect for family holidays and gatherings at any time of year and provides a wonderful base from which to enjoy the immediate area and explore beyond.

Accommodation at West Wing

Ground Floor: Step up from entrance hall / boot room, to the large lounge with high ceilings and huge bay windows with sea views. Furnished with a fabulous dual sided log burner, flat screen TV and DVD, large sofas and lots of books and games. Separate living room with dining table to seat ten, mini football table, tall patio doors opening onto steps down to a beautiful terrace with spectacular views of Thurlestone Rock. Bespoke fitted kitchen: Heritage Aga with 3 ovens, 2 hot plates, 2 electric rings and built-in electric single oven, refrigerated drawers, dishwasher and microwave. Shower room with walk-in shower cubicle, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC. Utility room with washing machine, drier and large fridge freezer, accessed from outside. First floor: Bedroom 1 Master bedroom with wardrobe and chest of drawers, balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the sea views. Adjacent to the family bathroom with luxurious roll top bath, separate shower cubicle, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Bedroom 2: Twin bedroom with 3ft single beds, chest of drawers, french doors to balcony and stunning sea views. Bedroom 3: Bunk bedroom with full size fitted beds, chest of drawers. Second floor: Bedroom 4 Double bedroom with 5ft king size bed, chest of drawers, fabulous sea views. En suite bathroom, bath with handheld shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Patio with garden table and chairs, steps down to large enclosed lawns and mature gardens which surround the property.
