Lyme Regis. You can park the car and walk to everything in Lyme Regis from the property. Catering for up to 8 guests with a dog, the cottage has generous sized bedrooms to compliment the lounge and dining areas, has a well equipped kitchen and located only a few minutes’ walk from the sandy beach and promenade. The cottage is easily accessible and a stones throw from the world famous
Jurassic Coast of Lyme Bay, famous for its far reaching sea views and fossil hunting beaches.
This is the perfect base from which to explore West Dorset and East Devon. Lyme Regis includes celebrity chef Mark Hix's superb Oyster and Seafood Restaurant, along with many other restaurants, cafes, pubs and tearooms. A wide selection of independent shops, as well as an award winning museum, and small theatre can be found. For the more adventurous the South West Coast Path heads west through the amazing Undercliff between Lyme Regis and Axmouth, or east towards Charmouth and the magnificent National Trust land at
Golden Cap.

Front door leads to hallway. Off the hall is the Dining room with seating for 8 guests. Kitchen is equipped with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, tumble dryer, separate fridge and freezer. Lounge has Flatscreen TV with built in DVD player, Free Sat TV and two large sofas. Ground floor wet room with walk in shower, washbasin and WC. Small utility area with washing machine. Stairs lead to first floor. Bedroom 1 with 4ft 6inch double bed. Bedroom 2 with 3ft bunk beds. Family bathroom with shower over bath, washbasin and WC. Stairs to second floor. Bedroom 3 with 4ft 6inch double bed. Bedroom 4 with twin 3ft single beds.
Access from the kitchen to a small raised patio area with picnic bench and parasol. 13 steps up to the garden.
