The rugged coastline at Bucks Mill Beach is only a few miles away as is the unique privately owned cliff face fishing village of Clovelly which is the must visit attraction of the area. This part of North Devon boasts so much to do with riding, golf, sailing and fishing activities found in abundance. Famed surfing breaks and long stretches of sandy beaches are found at nearby Westward Ho! and Bude; walkers can while away a day exploring the rugged Hartland Peninsular; cyclists of all levels will enjoy the Tarka trail; garden lovers will appreciate nearby RHS Rosemoor; explore some of local fishing villages such as Instow or Appledore or even enjoy day trip to Lundy Island; and plenty of family fun is found The Milky Way and

Traditional front door opens into porch. Door into delightful wooden beamed living room with superb inglenook fire place with electric wood effect stove and furnished with comfortable cottage style suite, oak dining table to seat 3, TV and DVD player. One step down into traditional style kitchen with vaulted beamed ceiling, wooden units and equipped with electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. The rear kitchen door opens on to a lane leading to Woolsery village centre, just 50 yards from the cottage. From the lounge to first floor landing are cottage-style stairs. Bedroom 1 with double size 4ft 6in bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and front garden views. Bedroom 2 with single size 2ft 6in wide bed and front garden views. Bathroom with bath only, hand basin and WC.
Outside:
The enclosed front garden which is predominately paved and bordered by mature shrubs and plants, offers a peaceful place to sit out and relax under the sunshade after a long day out. It is furnished with a bistro table, chairs and parasol, perfect for alfresco dining.

One designated off street car parking space approximately 20 yards from the cottage.
