Outside there is off-road parking for two cars with a garage space and drive space. The back garden is enclosed and has a patio and lawn area. It is a perfect place to sit out and relax during the warmer months. This property is well-equipped and has a homely and welcoming ambiance to it. Downstairs has a utility room which is accessed via the garage and a kitchen, which also allows access to the back garden. Benefitting from access to a washing machine and ground floor cloakroom. It is a good-sized space and the garage is perfect for securing bikes. The kitchen is well-equipped and leads in to the open-plan dining and seating area. This spacious living space is ideal whatever the time of the year with an open fire for cooler evenings and doors leading out to the patio for the summer months. Upstairs has three good-sized bedrooms; a double, twin and a single, with a family shower room on this floor for all guests. Take a walk down to Buxton Mill and visit the watermill dating back to the Domesday book in 1086. A short drive away is Wroxham which has a picturesque Marina and variety of shops, Wroxham Barns, and you can also hire a day boat and explore the beautiful network of waterways. Within 20 minutes you can be visiting a number of attractions, the famous Bittern Line Railway links to
Sheringham, Cromer and Norwich. For youngsters
