Spiddal 5 miles.A large, detached ground floor cottage, situated 5 miles from the seaside village of Spiddal, in County Galway. Built in 1952, the cottage still retains many original features, such as the traditional open fire with built in seating; and with delightful views over Galway Bay, this is a cottage not to be missed. Take the 5 minute stroll down to the beach and enjoy sea fishing and coastal walks, venture into the village and enjoy the traditional music in the pubs, or visit one of Spiddal's craft shops and take the rare opportunity to buy a unique, handmade gift. A short drive will take you to Galway City, where you can explore its history, visit Lynch's castle or enjoy fresh seafood in one of the many restaurants. With plenty of space both inside and out, lovely views and a traditional setting, this lovely Ireland Cottage has something to please everyone.
