The apartment was originally the old function rooms that stored hay for the horses, and is well placed for exploring the Lincolnshire coastline and the rolling hills of the Wolds.

Entry is from inside the Grade ll listed country inn, up the stairs to a bright and cheerful open plan living area, which is comfortably furnished.

There is a small contemporary kitchen and dining area for those who like to cook, but you may wish to enjoy a night off and walk down the stairs to dine in this welcoming hostelry.

Opposite the apartment is a 12th century church and also a livery for those who enjoy horse riding, which can be arranged prior to your arrival.

Nearby are various outdoor pursuits, including fishing lakes and clay pigeon shooting, whilst a fun day out can be had at the Fantasy Island in Ingoldmells.

Take a two mile drive to Chapel St Leonards and you can picnic on the golden sands, or swim in the sea, in this peaceful seaside village.

A little further along the coast is the traditional and lively resort of Skegness, with its amusements, promenade and long beaches.

The Lincolnshire Wolds offer splendid walking and cycling opportunities, peppered with pretty market towns with independent shops, antique centres, tea rooms and weekly markets.
