By collaborating with ecologists and conservationists, our architects and designers have complemented the estate's natural assets and landscape, ensuring a masterplan that is environmentally sound, breathtakingly beautiful and functional. A playground for all ages to enjoy and discover.

A four bedroom, three bathroom, two-storey ‘Jade Jagger’ Lodge, located on Warren Cross Lake. The Jade has a glorious south facing deck, with barbecue and comfortable outdoor furnishings and is close to the meadow, with tennis courts. football pitch & trampoline. The Jade’s interiors and structure was designed by one of our signature designers, Jade Jagger, and is unique in our portfolio. With a double height ceiling over the dining space, spacious eat in kitchen with Aga, snug & sitting room area, it is the perfect space for entertaining. Upstairs, the master suite features a beautiful en-suite with folding doors opening the bath into the bathroom. There is a further upstairs bathroom and a downstairs shower room. The house is eclectic and playful, with punchy pinks, turquoises, contemporary furnishings and artwork.
