Knight’s Rest in Leyburn, North Yorkshire, Yorkshire sleeps 4 people. This traditional country cottage has views from all rooms, to the front are stunning castle views and to the rear, rural farmland. Situated in the magnificent Yorkshire Dales National Park, this delightful cottage is an ideal base for exploring all that the local area has to offer.

Inside, the kitchen is very well equipped and looks out over fields, often enjoyed by flocks of sheep and lambs. The dining space in the kitchen is light and airy whilst the sitting room is a cosy space to return to on a chilly winter's day, with a warming wood burning stove, ensuring a comfortable visit in any season. Upstairs are three stylish bedrooms to relax in after a day walking the Dales or sightseeing in the many beautiful towns and villages such as Leyburn, Hawes and Aysgarth with its famous Falls.

The cottage is surrounded by a pretty patio area and benefits from sun throughout the day boasting a secluded decking to the rear with table and chairs for 4 guests, perfect for al fresco summer dining and taking in the peaceful surroundings. Off road parking is provided for two cars along with bicycle storage.

Additional Information:
There is an initial supply of logs to get you started.
Stair gate, travel cot and highchair are available on request. (Please bring your own linen for the travel cot)
Two well behaved dogs welcome (small additional charge).
Standard Sky TV package in the sitting room.
Amazon Dot is available to use with your own log in details.
One side of the bed in the master bedroom has limited space, however can still be accessed.

Ground Floor:
Entrance
Hallway with boot and coat storage.
Kitchen
With electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, slow cooker, steamer, fridge freezer, dining table and chairs. Views of the fields with sheep.
Sitting room
With wood burning stove and television with standard Sky HD package, two sofas and coffee table.

First Floor:
Master bedroom
With a 5’ king-size bed, bedside cabinets, Victorian cast iron fireplace (not in use), built-in wardrobes and view of Castle Bolton.
Bedroom two
With a 3’ single bed, bedside cabinet, wardrobe and views of the fields and hills in the distance.
Bedroom three
With a 3’ single bed, bedside cabinet, wardrobe and views of the fields and hills in the distance.
Shower room
With a walk-in shower, wash basin, WC and views of Castle Bolton.

Outside:
Shed with a washer/dryer, cycle and boot storage. Please note there will be no washer/dryer available until the 1st March 2023.
Enclosed paved patio area to the rear and side, separate enclosed decked area.
Parking for two cars (a map is attached to directions when booked showing these spaces).
