Garth Iwrch is one of 10 luxury self-catering cottages on The Bodnant Estate, a strikingly beautiful agricultural estate in North Wales. Set in hilly and wooded countryside in the lower reaches of the Conwy Valley, it commands spectacular views across to Snowdonia. Stone cottages and farm buildings have been restored using traditional materials and techniques, and the Estate supports farming and encourages other rural activities. Various houses and cottages in scenic positions on the Estate are available for rent as holiday lets. Come and stay in one of them - and enjoy walking on the many miles of private woodland paths winding through the Estate.

is one of eight luxury self-catering cottages on The Bodnant Estate near Conwy in North Wales. A perfect outdoor break, the Bodnant Estate is privately owned and this cottage lies off a woodland track from where there are glorious walks along private paths through woods and across farmland. The world famous Bodnant Garden owned by the National Trust, is central to the Estate and within one to two miles' walking distance from the properties and open 361 days a year. The world famous garden is famed for its laburnum arch, Italianate terraces, waterfalls and National Collections of plants.

This beautiful secluded holiday farmhouse rental, high on the shoulder of a valley with magnificent far-reaching views towards the Denbigh moors, retains many period features including beamed ceilings, an original slate floor in the living room and original small-paned sash windows. Lovingly restored, it now boasts a south facing terrace and a "snug" with a wood burning stove.

Ground Floor:
Kitchen/dining room
With a Rangemaster cooker with gas hob and oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Dining area.
Sitting room
With a slate floor and wood burning stove, television with Freeview, DVD and CD player, radio and Hi-fi.
Snug
With a wood burning stove (external log store beyond the snug). Stairs to the first floor.

First Floor:
Bedroom one
With a 5' king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower over the bath.
Bedroom two
Twin/double bedroom with 3' single zip and link beds which can be converted into a 6' super-king size bed on request and an en-suite shower room.

Outside:
Enclosed lawned garden with a south facing terrace and excellent views.
Barbecue and garden furniture.
Parking for three vehicles.
