East Dene - sleeps 9

East Dene in Overstrand sleeps 9 people. East Dene is a three storey Victorian style property built in 1904. It stands in a super cliff top position with wonderful views out to sea. There is a lovely new open plan kitchen diner which is a great place for family meals and has patio doors leading out into the garden. The sitting room has an open fire perfect for those cooler evenings. On the first floor are three bedrooms, the family bathroom and a shower room, and then climb the stairs to the top floor where there are two further bedrooms. The large garden leads down to the cliff edge, where you can spend time gazing out to sea, this is a lovely property for a holiday, the sandy beach is only a ten minute walk away. Shop/Pub: all within walking distance

Kitchen/dining room with built in electric double oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and dining table with nine chairs, patio door to garden
Utility room with washing machine
Wet room with shower area, washbasin and wc.
Sitting Room with comfortable seating, flat screen TV, Freeview, DVD player and an open fire

First Floor:
Bedroom 1 with a double bed,
Bedroom 2 with twin beds
Bedroom 3 with a single bed
Bathroom with bath, washbasin and wc
Shower room with shower cubicle, washbasin and wc

Second floor:
Bedroom 4 with double bed
Bedroom 5 with twin beds

Garden: Fully enclosed garden leading to cliff edge with lawn, patio, charcoal barbecue, and garden furniture. Also secure storage for cycles
Parking: Driveway for four cars plus roadside parking
Heating: Gas central heating, underfloor in kitchen/dining room. Open fire

Pets: Two dogs welcome, please be aware of booking information regarding pets.
