Roegate House in Romsey, Hampshire sleeps 10 people in 5 bedrooms. Roegate House in Romsey is a state-of-the-art and truly exceptional holiday home that offers total luxury and complete privacy. Approached via a mile long driveway Roegate House emerges through the woodland to make an instant statement with its modern architectural lines, scale and presence.

Step through the front door and you will be dazzled with the spacious entrance, that flows to the large open plan living/dining rooms with stylish and complementary furniture including a Porro dining table. Large sliding glass walls open onto the private south facing terrace with 13 acres of garden and grassland beyond to explore. The ultra-modern kitchen caters for the most demanding host with a full range of Miele appliances and of course a full-size wine fridge, creating the perfect space to whip up a gastronomic feast for you and your guests. Should you want to relax, why not consider hiring a chef for your stay?

The luxury continues with the large heated indoor pool with sauna, shower and poolside seating and for the more energetic the gym is available for use during your stay. The children’s playroom provides an electric piano, Bowers & Wilkins sound system and a wide range of books for their enjoyment.

The ground floor is also home to a double en-suite bedroom that doubles as a home cinema with large smart TV!

4 sumptuous and stylish en-suite bedrooms on the first floor complete the accommodation in this truly stunning home.

Outside a large south facing terrace, Weber coal barbeque, fire pit and all-weather furniture provide the ultimate space for al fresco dining and entertaining and the perfect place to watch children whilst they explore the 13 acres of private garden.

If you want to leave during your stay the village of West Wellow sits on the edge of the beautiful New Forest National Park which is a must visit during any trip to Hampshire. The Cathedral City of Winchester is also worth a visit with its great boutiques, bars and the recently opened ’The Ivy’ Restaurant.

The entrance porch opens to an impressive entrance hall, that in turn opens into the dining area with a luxurious and exceptionally well-designed kitchen with island breakfast bar, 1 ½ bowl sink, Miele dishwasher, Miele induction hob, and 2 Miele electric ovens. a full size fridge and separate full size freezer along with full size wine fridge.

The ground floor is also home to the first of 5 individually designed bedrooms (sleeps 2), with a double bed, and en-suite shower with sink and WC

There is also a separate children’s playroom with electric piano, music system and a wide range of books to enjoy.

The pool complex provides a further shower WC and sauna situated next to the gym with a bench and weights along with spinning bike and rowing machine.

Roegate is approached via a mile long private drive ensuring complete privacy and tranquillity.

There is a large terrace with dining table and chairs for 6-8 and comfy seating and a coal barbeque for ’alfresco’ cooking - coals provided for the duration of your stay. The lawned area is expansive and totals approximately 13 acres and is planted with a plethora of wild flowers. To the front of the house, plenty of secure parking is available.
