Sleeping four guests, Periwinkle is ideal for families, with two bedrooms that consist of a sumptuous king size bed and a roomy twin. Countryside views can be enjoyed from nearly every angle of the lodge, with the open plan living room being the perfect place to unwind in with a good book or a in front of the TV. A fabulous electric flame effect log burner keeps you cosy during the cooler months, while on bright, warm days you’ll be able to open the doors out to the private patio and enjoy basking in the sunshine or dining in the fresh Devonshire air.

Guests who enjoy cooking will love the amply-equipped kitchen which has everything you need to be able whip up anything from fresh bakes to a fancy feast and being open plan with the dining room and lounge means the designated chef needn’t miss out on any of the conversation. This lodge welcomes dogs so if your family includes four-legged members, you’ll be able to bring them along to enjoy all that the area offers including wonderful woodland walks and nature trails around the lake.

The lodge has parking for two cars in an allocated space at the front of your lodge.
There are a limited number of additional visitor parking spaces outside reception, on a first come first serve basis

EV Charger Point

The site has two EV charging points for guest use, situated along from reception in two designated parking spaces. The EV charging point is by VendElectric, and charging will have associated costs as normal via their app. We kindly ask that once your vehicle is charged, that you park in your lodge car parking space to ensure the EV spaces are free for other guests on the site.

Roadford Lake Lodges is a resort that caters for couples and families looking for a relaxing holiday in the Devon lakeside setting. It’s also perfect for gatherings making the most of the on lake activities that are available on Roadford Lake. It’s not suitable for party groups. If your booking falls outside either of these groups, please get in touch before making your booking to discuss your requirements.

Pets: 2 Pets allowed. Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge per pet per stayx/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.

Linen & Towels – Bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring you own beach towels (and travel cot linen if required).

Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

EV Charging is a communal facility and is on a first come first served basis

Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a security deposit, pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.?
