Woolstore Cottage in Keswick sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms. Woolstore Cottage in Keswick dates back to the mid 1700's is one of the oldest buildings in Keswick and though originally built as a dwelling, for nearly 200 years this small cottage would have received the wool from the surrounding farms before it was spun, dyed and woven into cloth.

A delightful cottage set over three floors, just a few minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of Keswick Market Square. Park your car in front of the cottage, walk through the front door which opens into a spacious hallway and cloakroom.

A door opens into the open plan living area with comfortable sofas which are arranged around the coffee table and TV.

Relax over dinner at the table.

The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and everything you could need during your stay. Take the stairs to the upper two floors where you can choose from a pretty first floor twin-bedded room with traditional oak beams, antique feature fireplace and an ensuite shower room with shower, basin and WC.

The master bedroom on the top floor has a king size bed with ensuite bathroom with bath, separate walk in shower, basin and WC.

There are more exposed beams, wooden floor and antique fire place.

At the front of the cottage is a south facing patio with garden furniture – ideal for a morning coffee or a G&T in the evening!

Enjoy a cruise on Derwentwater, walk onto the fells; Cat Bells, Skiddaw, Coledale Horseshoe and Blencathra are all nearby, head underground at Honister Slate Mines, enjoy mountain biking in Whinlatter Forest.
