The Sanctuary in Cotswold Water Park sleeps 8 people in 4 bedrooms. The Sanctuary in Cotswold Water Park is situated in the heart of The Water Garden of the Lower Mill Estate.

The Sanctuary offers a well furnished property in a delightful south facing setting. It provides an open plan kitchen, living and dining room with access through the french doors to a outside decked area with seating.

Finishing the ground floor is an entrance hall with utility room with hanging cupboard ideal for storing coats and boots, with washing machine, tumble dryer and separate wc and basin.

On the first floor with four bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The master bedroom has views over the water garden and has access to a balcony with Bistro Coffee table and chairs plus an ensuite bathroom with shower, wc and double basin.

The first double bedroom enjoys some views over Spinney Lake and comes complete with a balcony with bistro coffee table and chairs, and en-suite shower room.

There is a third double bedroom and a twin bedroom.

All bedrooms come with a TV.

The family bathroom boasts a large shower and separate bath with hand held shower, wc and basin.

From the first floor there is direct access onto the rooftop terrace featuring a decked area complete with dining for six to eight and a charcoal barbeque.

This terrace is a fantastic area for entertaining and enjoys views over the whole estate. This property is within an easy reach of the estate facilities including on-site Restaurant and Spa.

With outdoor pool & tennis court as well as Bike and watercraft hire nearby.
