The high quality decor and furnishings have been tastefully done and the fixtures and fittings have been finished off to a high specification. The large double room has a Juliet balcony where you can look out onto the enclosed patio area below which is perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine. The Boat House is a great base for families and couples looking to explore the stunning Yorkshire Coast and areas. For larger families, or friends and families sharing, you can also book The Old Stables (ref 244055 [The Old Stables ]) which is next door and can sleep 6/8 additional people. Filey and all its amenities can be accessed just &farc14; mile from the property and has been a famous sea side resort since Victorian times offering visitors a friendly warm welcome. The nearest pub is 200 Yards, the restaurant is ¼ mile and the shop is¼ mile from The Boat House.
