This charming, holiday house is situated in a quiet residential area, with many pedestrian paths behind the house allowing you to explore the sites of Orpellieres and La Grande Maire. The kitchen is modern with lots of glass windows and looks out over the swimming pool. The décor is refined, the furnishings are good quality and the inside is very light. The beaches in this unspoilt environment are among the most beautiful in France. Places to visit in the region included Portiragnes, the Canal du Midi and Sète.

Shop 400m, restaurant 300m and beach 6km.

Ground floor: Lounge/kitchen/diner, bathroom with basin (no toilet), separate toilet, 2 double bedrooms. First floor: Mezzanine with double and single bed.

Electric heating, all fuel and power at cost, 2 cots, 2 highchairs, colour satellite TV, stereo/CD player, internet connection, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, freezer, microwave, lawned garden, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, off road parking for 3 cars. One pet welcome. No smoking please. NB: Open-tread stairs to mezzanine with low beams.
