This large, semi-detached holiday house sits in the small hamlet of Saint-Pardoult in the Charentes countryside. Downstairs, the kitchen leads into the dining area and lounge from where you can access the terrace and barbecue.

Also downstairs are the bathroom, separate toilet and two bedrooms, whilst upstairs you have a further two bedrooms and another toilet. The garden is a great open area which borders onto the river, great for fishing. There are several pretty villages locally, but the main shopping area is the popular and attractive town of St. Jean-d’Angély, 8km from the property.

Here you can also find a great swimming complex and outdoor pool, as well as pedalo and canoe hire. There is golf at Niort, 40km north, and you should also visit the zoo at Chizé, 18km. The superb Atlantic beaches, 60km, and the historic city of La Rochelle, 80km, are both great places to visit.
