A beautiful holiday house featuring a south-facing terrace and situated close to the fine sandy beach. The interior is light with plenty of space, making this an ideal holiday base for exploring this region, with its wild coastlines littered with countless tiny islands.

This region has many ancient Breton sites to discover, with menhirs and dolmen stones, historic churches, chapels, granite crosses and even a Goemon (seaweed) oven. There are also several pretty towns to discover such as Landerneau (23km) and the modern town of Brest (30km) with its Oceanopolis discovery park.

There is sea fishing available 200m from the house and the area is home to many sandy beaches where you can enjoy watersports such as sand yatching and surfing. There are also many coastal paths suitable for long leisurely walks.

Electric heating, all fuel and power at cost, colour TV (French channels only), DVD player, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, freezer, microwave, garden, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, off road parking for 3 cars. Sorry, no pets. NB: Turning stairs to first floor. Sloping ceilings in some first floor bedrooms.
