This holiday home is located in the middle of the Cotentin peninsula, 21km from the east coast and 25km from the west coast. The property is the wing of a manor house which dates back to 1870.

Admire the tree-lined garden with flower beds and a natural stone pathway which leads to a small pond.

Visit the arts and crafts town of Valognes, steeped in history with its museums and also don’t forget to take advantage of the coast. Public swimming pool, 6km.

Shop 6km, restaurant 2km, beach 21km.
