Superb countryside location

Côtes d’Armor

This semi-detached house is situated in a rural environment next to the owners’ home. The interior is pretty, with exposed stonework and beams, and outside there is a lovely garden with a children’s play area and a terrace.

Places of interest to visit include Huelgoat (20km), famous for its ’enchanted forest’, and the harbour town of Morlaix (30km), which has an attractive historic centre and plenty of shops.

Horse riding along the paths near the house is possible (on request) as well as a golf (50km).

Shop and restaurant 10km, beach 25km.

Ground floor: Lounge/kitchen/diner, shower room with basin, separate toilet. First floor: 2 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin, single sofa bed in lounge.

Central heating, all fuel and power at cost, cot, highchair, 2 colour TVs (French channels only), DVD player, stereo/CD player, shared washing machine, shared tumble dryer, dishwasher, freezer, microwave, garden, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, off road parking for 2 cars. Sorry, no pets. NB: Steep turning stairs to first floor. Sloping ceilings on first floor. Stream borders garden.
