This holiday property is built in enclosed grounds and is located just 150m from the long sandy beach. Situated between Bénodet and Loctudy, Île-Tudy forms a peninsular at the extremity of the bay of Bénodet, a very picturesque area with many pine trees. The house has been tastefully restored with plenty of space including a mezzanine.

To the side of the house is a private terrace with a barbecue suitable for dining out and relaxing in summer.

Île-Tudy is in the centre of a bay opposite the Glénan Isles and surrounded by the coastal resorts of Bénodet, which has four superb beaches, Loctudy, which has a weekly market, and Fouesnant, renowned for its cider and its yearly July apple tree festival which takes over the town during this month. Other activities available in the area include fishing (150m) and golfing (8km) at Bénodet.

One pet welcome. No smoking please. NB: Turning stairs to first floor. Sloping ceilings in some bedrooms.
