Feochan Bheag near Oban a wonderful detached house has a stunning location within Glen Feochan, close to the bustling harbour town of Oban. As you wind your way up the glen on a quiet single track road you can sense the peace and tranquillity. The beautiful panoramic views are best enjoyed from the spacious triple aspect living room where you can sit and enjoy a quiet drink by the wood burner, whilst watching the shadows lengthen across the glen. Large windows and French doors provide an expansive vista across the fields to the river and the beautiful wooded hills beyond. Argyll is steeped in history with breathtaking scenery, and abundant wildlife and for those wishing to explore, Feochan Bheag is in an ideal location. A short drive into Oban will allow you to catch a ferry from the harbour to one of the inner isles, including Mull and Iona or enjoy a wee dram at the distillery! Explore the rugged coastline, visit unspoilt beaches, historic castles, museums, and beautiful gardens. There are plenty of forest trails offering leisurely walks, mountain biking and a variety of other outdoor pursuits are available nearby. The Kintyre Peninsula, Glencoe, Fort William, and Inveraray are easily reached making for great days out for all ages. You will find the nearest shop, pub and restaurant 5 miles from Feochan Bheag near Oban. A beach can be found 5 miles.
