It has transport links to Bideford and Barnstaple, while Westward Ho! and Instow beaches are within a 20-minute drive. The property has a beautiful south facing aspect, with stunning views over the fields towards Dartmoor, as well as a private front courtyard and entrance.

At Wedlands Cottage there is plenty of parking available. This is a rural aspect but there is a bus that runs every 30 minutes going to several destinations, including Bideford, Barnstaple, Instow, Westward Ho!, Woolacombe and Infracombe. The cottage does feature Wi-Fi, however due to its countryside location the signal may be intermittent. Guests have full access to the main courtyard and have a private gated courtyard garden to the front of the property.
