You and your furry friends will both be treated to a welcome pack. The rear enclosed garden is perfect for children and dogs. It is an ideal space to relax at the end of the day and enjoy a barbecue on the Kamado grill. Nestled in Ffestiniog, a charming countryside village, within the Snowdonia National Park, you’ll be in an ideal spot to explore the area from.

Nearby you’ll find Blaenau Ffestiniog a historic mining town, best known for being the slate capital of the world, having recently been awarded the acclaimed United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization World Heritage Site. The area is a mecca for any outdoor enthusiasts, with bike trails, climbing, kayaking, and walking routes in abundance. Only a few minutes away is Llechwedd Slate Caverns/Zip World; a great day out for the kids and adults alike. You’re only a short drive from Betws Y Coed, known as the gateway to the Snowdonia National Park. Also, within easy reach is Porthmadog; home to the Welsh Highland Railway and the famous Black Rock Sands, and Harlech is also only a short drive away, also a United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization World Heritage Site, with its imposing castle and simply stunning beaches it is well worth a visit. You will certainly not be short of sights to see and places to visit in this diverse area.

Set in a quiet location with a shop and friendly pub a couple of minutes’ walk away, this wonderful former quarryman’s cottage has undergone a complete refurbishment in 2022 to an exceptional standard.. Ground Floor:
