Located within the New Forest National Park, yet only a 5-minute drive to local shops at Everton, Hordle or to the popular sailing town of Lymington or unspoilt beach at Keyhaven. Ideal for couples, small families and your furry friends, this cosy property has an open plan living/dining room with feature wall and electric-coal effect fire. The kitchen is well-equipped and there is even a twin bedroom and shower room on the ground floor. The first floor lays claim to a comfortable double bedroom. There is a gravelled patio with garden furniture to the front, and an enclosed lawned garden with a secluded hot tub housing a private hot tub to the rear.
The New Forest National Park attracts visitors all year round and is popular with walkers as it has miles of scenic footpaths, bridleways, heathland and forest, where ponies and cattle wander freely. There are many picturesque villages nearby including Burley, with its tea rooms, eateries and gift shops. Lymington with yachting facilities, pretty harbour and cobbled pedestrianised streets aligned with ice cream parlours, tea rooms, shops, restaurants and cafés, can also be found near by, as well as day trips to Yarmouth on the Isle of Wight. The historic priory town of
Christchurch is also a short drive away. There is so much to see and do in the area, including
Beaulieu Motor Museum, Exbury Gardens and the riverside village of Bucklers Hard. Families with children will love Sandy Balls Holiday Park, which has leisure facilities including an indoor and outdoor pool which guests can enjoy.
