The bespoke kitchen has everything you require to make a sumptuous meal or hearty breakfast. Through to the living room you’ll be greeted by the cosy log burner and a door leading into the pretty garden with a bridge over the pond to a lovely seating area where you can enjoy evening drinks under the festoon lighting. The traditional cottage stairs will lead you to two double bedrooms on the first floor which are flooded with daylight, one of which boasting a king-size bed with the shower room on this floor too. Up to the second floor for the third double bedroom, all of which enjoy original features. This is the perfect place for friends and couples wishing to enjoy village life whether it be for a few days or a week or longer and for visiting the many areas and attractions Warwickshire and Oxfordshire has to offer. in the village you’ll find local facilities including pubs, convenience store, post office, butchers and a Co-op.
There are many country walks from the door including into the nearby village of Little Kineton where you can buy local produce from the nursery and visit the village duck pond. Local days out include visits to Compton Verney, under two miles away where you can discover the art gallery with its many collections and exhibitions and enjoy the park with its labyrinth, bird hide, pond dipping and playground. For more outdoor fun, head to Burton Dassett Hills the perfect country park for walks, flying a kite or eating a picnic whilst admiring the views of rolling hills and open countryside. The National Trusts Upton House and Gardens, Charlecote Park, Farnborough and Hidcote are all within easy reach. The stunning towns and villages of the North Cotswolds can be reached in just over ten minutes where you can explore
Chipping Norton, Moreton-in-Marsh, Stow-on-the-Wold or Woodstock, home to Blenheim Palace.
