Plus, a shower room with toilet and wash basin. Upstairs boasts four spacious bedrooms and two further bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have super king-sized zip and link beds that can be set up as twin or super king on request. Outside there are lovely grounds surrounding the property and fantastic views to the front.
There’s a seating area at the front, and a good size patio at the rear – perfect to get together for a barbeque! An open fronted outhouse offers space for storing outdoor equipment if needed or could be used to sit undercover outside. Accessibility - The accommodation boasts a flexible set up to the ground floor, one of the lounges could be converted to a ground floor bedroom if required (sofa bed available on request). The ground floor wet room has been thoughtfully laid out to make it wheelchair accessible. And a ramp has been installed for access to the property via the rear patio doors. Area – Whether you are in the area for an active holiday or simply to enjoy a more relaxing rural break, this stunning detached home is ideally located just off the A477. Providing great road links for Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire. You will find an array of outdoor activities, walks and cycle paths, historic landmarks, and family attractions in the area.
There is a pub and a café within 1 mile. By car, you can reach a range of popular Welsh towns within 25 minutes. Tenby and Saundersfoot for seaside attractions and water sports including surfing, kayaking, and coasteering. Or smaller towns of Laugharne, Pendine and Marros have some fantastic beaches and coastal walks, horse riding, golf, and historical sites to visit.
