Exeter sleeps 14 people. The Old House near Exeter has origins dating back to the 16th century; The Old House is a historic, semi-detached property set in the heart of the charming village of Chudleigh. According to local records, the house was originally built as a school by a wealthy philanthropist who had fallen in love with the local area. The house sits at the heart of the village so all the local amenities are within easy walking distance, as well as the local swimming pool and park. Perfect for larger families or groups, the house has good sized accommodation with spacious living areas and a good sized kitchen/breakfast room. Plymouth, where there’s the Sea Life Centre, Barbican waterfront and Plymouth Hoe, a large, south-facing open public space. East Devon has dramatic coastlines and is excellent for walking the coastal path, where you can visit Beer, Branscombe,
Sidmouth and
