Swallow’s Nest near Reepham is set within the parkland of Haveringland Hall, adjacent to the owner’s family home; Swallow’s Nest provides spacious, semi-detached, ground floor accommodation for couples looking for the perfect Norfolk retreat.

The spacious living room with high ceilings and French doors leading to a small courtyard provides an ideal place to put your feet up after a busy day of sightseeing, and for more immediate sights, you are sure to spot the resident swallows along with a host of other wildlife.

You will find there is so much to see and do in this part of Norfolk. Head to the pretty Norfolk town of Aylsham and take the Bure Valley Railway, winding your way through the countryside to Wroxham, the gateway to the Norfolk Broads. Having arrived in style, why not charter a day launch or even join an organised tour and drift along these much celebrated waterways. Just 30 minutes’ from the stunning North Norfolk coastline, you will also find wide sandy and shingle beaches, picturesque quays and salt marshes to explore. Make time to visit Cromer with its famous pier and Blakeney for a spot of crabbing. Coast lovers will be absolutely spoiled for choice, as will history buffs who will enjoy a visit to the Blickling Estate which lies close by and, a little further afield, the Sandringham and Holkham Estates.

For a change of pace, Norwich is just 30 minutes’ away and is well served by park and rides. Here you will find a splendid Norman castle, numerous museums, galleries and theatres, an award-winning market and lots of great places to shop, eat and drink, including the lanes with its unique array of boutique establishments.

Whatever you decide to do, you will find plenty to enjoy, and after a busy day exploring, you can return to the gorgeous Swallow’s Nest and relax. The beach is 13 miles from Swallow’s Nest near Reepham. With the shop 2 miles, and the pub & restaurant are 1 mile from Swallow’s Nest.
