This spacious house is perfect for both small and large family gatherings, combining character and the convenience of modern day living comforts, including a private hot tub. Offering spacious accommodation, the impressive entrance hall has a sweeping staircase to the first floor accommodation.

Ideally located for exploring the North Norfolk coastline, with its many beaches, pretty villages, coastal path and RSPB nature and bird reserves all close by, good walking and cycling can also be found direct from the doorstep. Snettisham has village shops, inns and restaurants, as well as a children’s animal farm park. The Royal Sandringham Estate and Museum is a short drive and the seaside resort of Hunstanton (4 miles) offers an array of attractions for all ages including pier with live entertainment, watersports (seasonal), Sea Life Centre, cliff top golf course and outdoor swimming pools. Brancaster Staithe offers excellent sailing opportunities and Bircham windmill is well worth a visit to view an excellent example of a restored, working windmill with tea shop and children’s play area. Bustling Burnham Market (12 miles) has many restaurants, inns, cafes and shops. The Palladian mansions of Houghton Hall and Holkham Hall and the historic ruins of Walsingham Shrine and Abbey, Castle Acre Priory and Abbey, are all within easy driving distance. The pub and shop are both ½ mile from Sutton Lea Manor in Snettisham.
