There is a lovely garden area, ideal for alfresco dining, which is very peaceful, calm and full of lovely nature sounds. The property is within walking distance of the main hustle and bustle of Kingsbridge town centre, estuary, quay and riverside where you will find some amazing restaurants, bars and cafés. The estuary provides plenty of opportunities for water-sports enthusiasts, while the town has a thriving arts and crafts community. Situated in south Devon, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Kingsbridge sits on its own estuary and is surrounded by lush green rolling countryside, making it popular for both walking and sailing. The town attracts a lot of tourism yet manages to keep a tranquil, charming and friendly atmosphere. Well located, with great access to all local beaches, being just a 10-minute drive to Salcombe, Bantham beach and Bigbury-on-sea, Sundance is the perfect place for a traditional seaside holiday.
