Paignton Green, and a short stroll to the shops. The property is located in a two-storey block of holiday apartments, built in a U-shape around landscaped gardens with a heated, outdoor swimming pool and garden area for the use of residents only (open June - September). It is set on a private road just off the main esplanade and opposite Paignton seafront. Paignton is a popular seaside resort and the area is famous for its beautiful beaches and fantastic coastline. The town also has a multiscreen cinema, an award-winning zoo, outdoor water slides and a steam railway which are all within easy walking distance of the apartment. Nearby
Torquay has more beaches, the historic Torre Abbey, Kent’s Cavern, Living Coasts, the famous Model Village and a lovely marina. Brixham, the other town in Torbay, is a picturesque fishing village. Both Torquay and Brixham can be reached in 15 minutes by car or bus. Dartmoor National Park is also close by or take a boat trip on the beautiful River Dart, stopping off at
Totnes and
Dartmouth. Shop 500 yards, pub and restaurant 200 yards.
