Meadow View in Taddington is a tranquil and modern cottage, a relaxing base perfect for a small family or couples to enjoy a Peak District getaway. Every room has been finished to a high standard and this extends to the gardens as well where you can enjoy a private front garden or a lawned back garden with views over the meadow.
The ground floor has an open plan design making it a fantastic social hub of the house, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need to whip up your favourite meals. There is a dining table with seating positioned next to the bi-fold doors which open out onto the front garden. The sitting room has comfortable seating with a reclining sofa for ultimate relaxation, with a wood burner and Smart TV. On the first floor, there is the family bathroom with a free-standing bath and walk-in shower, the master bedroom has a king-size bed with views over the meadow and an en-suite shower room, the second bedroom has a king-size bed which is zip and link so can be made into two singles upon request. The back garden catches the afternoon sun and the garden furniture provided makes it a quiet spot to enjoy a good book. The front garden has furniture as well as a lockable bike store and a garden room which has bi-fold doors, sofa and TV as well as a toilet and washing machine. A lot of thought has gone into the design of this property making it a fantastic holiday home to be enjoyed.
Located in the quaint village of Taddington in the Peak District National Park, you have the wonders of Derbyshire on your doorstep, on a bus route to local towns such as
Bakewell and
Buxton with an abundance of walks from your doorstep. There are many and varied attractions for all ages from the Heights of Abraham cable car to stately homes such as
Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall. Chatsworth house,
Buxton, Bakewell, Monsal trail and Tissington trail all within 10 minutes. Pub 200 yards.
