Lanreath is a traditional detached holiday bungalow in a quiet close, overlooking fields to the back and situated in the heart of the New Forest National Park. Set in a conservation area with pretty cottages all centred around the green, where cricket is played. A few minutes by car takes you to Woodgreen, which has a village shop and pub. It is an ideal base to enjoy the great outdoors, off-road walking and cycling. The New Forest National Park has lots to do with popular villages and towns to visit, and see the famous free-roaming ponies, donkeys and cattle. Visit Downton, 5 miles, as well as Fordingbridge, with its riverside location and individual shops, pubs and a café to enjoy. The coastline, with its Blue Flag beaches at Bournemouth and Poole is within easy reach, as is the city of Salisbury with its medieval cathedral. Riding school in Hale.
