On the ground floor is an open plan kitchen and dining space with a utility room, a shower room and lounge with warming log burner. The sitting room has fantastic bifold doors opening out onto a decking by the lake. Upstairs is two bedrooms made up of one double and one single. Although the property is within the grounds of the owner’s home, the property remains quiet and private.

The lake is a great feature to have right by the home, full of fish and ducks, with other wildlife roaming freely around the grounds.

The area itself has a lot to offer, Neston is a beautiful town full of history and botanic gardens, Wirral has many places to enjoy walking and cycling such as the Wirral Way and Wirral country park. You are also just 10 miles outside of Chester. There are many places to visit and see from this property making it an ideal holiday location.
