A lovely feature is its partly covered courtyard, ideal for al fresco dining, as well as a first floor roof terrace overlooking the roof tops and church peaks. Within easy walking distance is Wexford’s harbour, beside the estuary of the River Slaney, and a wealth of things to do and see including fine dining, traditional Irish pubs, cinema, Wexford’s world famous Opera House, Maritime Museum, shops, cinema and an 18-hole golf course. Ideally situated for exploring the stunning south Wexford coastline, with its numerous sandy beaches, seabird and wild life reserves, National Heritage Centre, Johnstown Castle, or to take a day trip by train or car to Ireland’s capital, Dublin.
