Perfect for a relaxing holiday in the magical Hook Head area of Wexford, all of the semi-detached holiday cottage (refs W32343 [Cottage 1], W32344, W32345 [Cottage 3], W32346 [Cottage 4] and W32347 [Cottage 5]) have a large decked area to enjoy the lovely views and breathe in the sea air! A 5-10 minute stroll takes you to the beautiful secluded cove Sandeel Bay, just one of 14 sandy bays in the area, whilst on-site, amongst the well-kept manicured grounds, there are picnic areas with barbecues for al fresco dining, tennis and basketball courts, an astro-turf pitch, as well as two children’s playgrounds. Interesting places to visit in the immediate area are Loftus Hall, reputedly Ireland’s most haunted house, which offers guided walks and holds themed nights such as tapas and wine, and the fabulous Hook Lighthouse, the world’s oldest and ’flashiest’ operational lighthouse, both within a 5 minute drive or a leisurely scenic coastal walk away.
