Home to the annual folk week and the beautiful coastline of Viking Bay, this is the perfect location for families and friends to enjoy a seaside holiday. Set within walking distance of the beach and town centre guests can enjoy a stroll whilst deciding which restaurant to dine in that evening. The cottage has been decorated and furnished to a good standard. The ground floor hosts a spacious open plan living/dining area with a private courtyard and kitchen. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and well managed bathroom. An added extra is the cloakroom on the ground floor.
Spend time relaxing in this quaint property or venture down the road to explore the delights of Broadstairs. Viking Bay is one of the more picturesque beaches in Kent, and surrounding this there is a variety of shops, bars and restaurants. This property is also ideal for walking and cycling enthusiasts, with the Thanet Coastal Path close by, the longest continuous stretch of chalk coastline in the country. Also, the Viking Coastal Trail which is a 27-mile walk, passes through Viking Bay. Enjoy a surfing lesson at Joss Bay and master your skills with professional trainers.
Just a little further round the coast is Margate’s old town, home to a unique selection of retro shops along with the famous Turner Contemporary Art Gallery which has modern and historic art exhibitions all year round. The coastal towns of
Deal and Dover are only a short drive away; why not take a day trip by ferry or Eurostar for lunch in Paris, or visit the iconic white cliffs of
