Cartref in Fort Augustus is a charming, detached property, situated in a central location, just a 200 yards from the centre of Fort Augustus where there is a selection of pubs, a village shop and café. Upon entering the property you walk into the spacious hallway leading through to a modern and spacious open plan living space. Also on the ground floor you will find a shower room and a bright and airy conservatory, perfect for unwinding with a book or listening to music. Moving upstairs there are three bedrooms, one with an en-suite, as well as a spacious family bathroom. Outside of the property there is a large enclosed garden with ample parking for up to 3 cars.

Fort Augustus itself is ideally located for exploring the northern Highlands with Fort William and Inverness less than an hours drive in either direction. Portree and Skye Bridge can also be accessed within an hours drive. The village is an all year round destination with good links to two of the main Scottish ski resorts - the Nevis Range and the Cairngorms. Within just a few minutes walk from the house you can find yourself on the shores of Loch Ness. This makes Cartref an ideal base to explore this stunning part of Scotland. Golf can also be found nearby. There is a shop, pub and a restaurant 200 yards from Cartref in Fort Augustus.
