The property features an outdoor hot tub as well as cosy underfloor heating throughout. Having a large range cooker, wine cooler and a generous amount of counter space, the eat-in kitchen will delight any avid cook. Dinner is served on a large oak dining table with its views out over the gardens and meadows which stretch down to the River Dulnain. During dinner preparation the rest of the party can enjoy drinks in the living room which is situated through an archway from the kitchen; there is a large wood burning stove in this room and a TV. Alternatively, you can relax in the second living room at the back of the house with TV, DVD player, and PlayStation. You can enjoy the afternoon sun and river views while dining at the decked outdoor kitchen and barbecue area during the warmer months.
