When entering The Barn, there is a light corridor with lots of hanging space for coats and shoe rack, leading to a large well-equipped utility room with fridge/freezer, with separate door to an electric shower room with basin and WC.
Back down the corridor there is a step down into the snug room with leather chairs, large bean bag, TV with integral DVD player, Panasonic CD/radio system and a chest of drawers filled with games, DVD's and a bookcase with a selection of books.
The cosy sitting room offers two leather sofas, Nintendo Wii and games as well as family board games, a coffee table and a widescreen, wall-mounted Smart TV.
The open-plan kitchen/dining area is light, spacious, modern and well-equipped, with a dining table, six chairs and a flatscreen TV.
French doors open to a private stoned garden area with a picnic bench, patio table and chairs and stunning countryside views.
The large master bedroom has a king-size bed, chest of drawers and hanging space, plus a TV and a convenient en-suite shower room, while the bay window has beautiful views across the fields and farmland.
The second bedroom is a twin room, that can be joined as a super-king-size (on request), with chest of drawers, hanging space and a wall-mounted TV and countryside views.
The third bedroom has twin beds, a chest of drawers, hanging space and a wall-mounted TV.
Additionally, there is a large family bathroom with freestanding bath and hand held shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail.
The property offers unlimited broadband and child-friendly facilities, including a travel cot and highchair.
Sainsburys/Argos and Lidl are a 10-minute walk/short drive away.
The Park and Ride is also close, along with the local bus route on the main road.
The pub and shop are both 1 mile from Little Cotton Barn in Dartmouth.
