Upstairs, the open plan living, kitchen and dining area has a beautiful exposed brick-barrelled ceiling with mood lighting and Opus integrated sound system for those social evenings for friends and family to enjoy together. The kitchen has integrated branded appliances including a NEFF coffee machine, oven, washer dryer, dishwasher and large integrated fridge/freezer.
The comfortable living area has plenty of soft seating and a 49" Smart TV with Netflix and a dining area. From the living area you can access the furnished balcony which overlooks the central water feature. There is a landscaped rooftop communal garden offering truly spectacular and far reaching views of the island, mainland and Solent.

Freshwater. Popular sandy beaches like Colwell Bay, Compton and Freshwater Bay are on the doorstep and the award-winning Tapnell Farm attraction is close by.
