The property is very quaint and has lots of character with winding staircases, nooks and crannies and a spacious living room on the top floor, making the most of the wonderful views over Brixham Quay and Marina.
The cottage is a very comfortable, well-appointed holiday home with gas central heating, double glazed windows and Wi-Fi. It is situated at the top of a small flight of steps leading up from the harbourside.
