For groups of more than 10 Rackley House also offers a sleek and spacious renovated barn at an additional cost.
A tributary of the river Thames trickles softly past the decking behind the house, a gentle reminder that you are under an hour from central London
. Although, with so much peaceful green space you'll feel instantly transported to a timeless English countryside scene, riding horses in the field, playing tennis on your own private court, or picnicking around the tables on the front lawn.
Alternatively, why not venture out into nearby woodland, take walks by one of the many rivers, before arriving at a quaint village for a pint of the local in a cosy pub.

As you enter the property you are met by a long drive with views to the left out over the expansive fields where you can see the horses grazing, and to your right you pass the immaculate lawns and the barn that houses the gym. Directly in front you'll see the house itself, a beautiful brick farm house with black wood beams inside and out. To the left of the house is a covered parking area and your own tennis court, whilst behind the house is a private decked area by the river.As you enter the house it is evident that the entire interior has recently undergone an immaculate renovation. Stepping in through the front door you have a ground floor double bedroom directly to your right, and to your left is a living and dining area with TV, DVD, seating area and dining table for 8. Leading on from the dining area is a large, fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances, a breakfast bar, and doors that open out onto the lawn to the rear of Rackley House. Moving upstairs, you'll find an additional four double bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathroom facilities, and two which share a pristine bathroom with stand-alone bath tub. Most rooms in the house have exposed original wood beams, and many quirky shapes, corridors, and angles that remind you of the historic nature of this property.The Barn
The barn renovation to the right of the original property and has a gorgeous glass fronted reception area with a grand wooden staircase and balcony acting as the centrepiece. The huge living room to the left of the front door is furnished with leather sofas, a flat screen TV, and several ornaments. The fully equipped kitchen is also incredibly spacious, with a large breakfast bar, and separate dining area for 6. Through two big double doors you'll find another living and dining area, with a spiral staircase leading upstairs, leather sofas and a table and chairs for a further 8 diners.Continuing further along the ground floor there are two double bedrooms, and an immaculate bathroom with bath tub and shower. The ground floor also has an office room with desk and paper shredder. Ascending the central staircase you'll reach two more double bedrooms, these both incredibly spacious, and each with their own en-suite bathroom. The second double bedroom has a cute little door that leads through to the children's single bedroom, also with its own bathroom.
